Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
Atย Tulsi designer, we value our customers and strive to deliver quality products with complete satisfaction. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide replacements or store credit under specific conditions mentioned below. By purchasing from our website, you agree to abide by this policy.
1. Return & Replacement Policy
- We strictly follow aย Replacement / Store Credit Only Policy. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.
- Customers must inform us within 3ย days of deliveryย for any return/replacement requests. Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.
- Only products that areย wrong, damaged, or defectiveย at the time of delivery are eligible for replacement/store credit.
- Proof required: Customers must provide the following withinย 24 hours of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp (+91 9723305047):
1.ย ย ย Unboxing Videoย (full parcel opening process).
2.ย ย ย Product Imagesย (clear, multiple angles showing defect/damage).
3.ย ย ย Parcel Imageย (outer package condition).
4.ย ย ย Shipping Label Imageย (with visible details).
- After verification by our Quality Check (QC) team, we will confirm your eligibility for replacement/store credit.
2. Replacement & Store Credit Options
- Store Credit: A coupon code of the same amount as the product value will be issued to your registered email ID. Store credits haveย no expiry date.
- Replacement: The product can be exchanged for another item of the same or higher value (customer to pay the difference). If a lower value product is chosen, the balance will be issued as store credit.
Note:
- Reverse pickup service isย not available. Customers must courier the parcel to our warehouse:
213, Shayona Plaza , Canal Road , Nr. siver chowk, Punagam, Surat โ 395010. - Product must be unused, withย original tags & packaging intact. Sarees with fall & edging, customized products, and items purchased during sale/discount offers areย not eligibleย for replacement/return.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelledย before dispatch.
- For prepaid orders, aย 2% cancellation chargeย (of the product price) will be deducted before refunding the balance to the original payment method.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
4. Important Conditions
- One-time replacement is allowed. After that, no further replacement or claim will be entertained.
- Shipping and COD charges areย non-refundable.
- Slight variations in color, fabric, or work may occur due to lighting/photography; these areย not considered defects.
- Accessories shown in product images (bags, jewellery, etc.) are for representation only and areย not includedย unless specified in the description.
5.ย Non-Returnable Itemsย โ Certain categories cannot be returned/replaced, including:

6.ย Bundle Purchasesย โ Products sold as sets/combo packs must be returned in full. Partial returns from sets are not accepted.
7.ย Processing Timeย โ Replacement/store credit will be processed withinย 7โ10 working daysย after QC approval of the returned item.
8.ย Communication Modeย โ All communication regarding returns/replacements will be done via the official support email (help.Tulsidesigner@gmail.com) or WhatsApp helpline.
9. Return Approval Requiredย โ No return will be accepted without prior approval from our customer care team. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
